Innovation Cookbook

At the beginning of the year, Innovatika launched an international project that collects recipes for innovation management initiatives. The project is to give the participants a chance to share their lessons learned and to discover what other innovation practitioners do.  

As "Innovation Chefs", leading corporate innovation initiatives, we try many things to stimulate innovation in products, processes and business models. Open innovation, blue ocean strategy, stage-gate innovation process, user-driven design, idea management, creativity workshops, future centers...

The participants of our project have shared many interesting recipes for different initiatives. The meeting finalizing our pilot research was held on 20th June 2007 in Warsaw during the ISPIM conference. The meeting had a form of an interactive workshop and ended with the cooking academy!
