Product designer

Innovatika was asked by a pharmaceutical company to design new product for the OTC market.

 Project overview:

 

The project started with a Blue Ocean Strategy session with key employees. Using BOS discovery map and tools we have designed the desired product strategy and product features to focus on during the design phase.

 

 

We have run a series of workshops with key stakeholdes (patients, pharmacist and physicians of various specialities.

 

 

All groups described potential product users - their needs related to the product and reasons to choose it. 

 

We went through the users' experience with the product to find objectives to be fulfilled at each stage, frustrations and potential improvements. 

 

Finally we let users design and prototype they dream products.
