Innovation Springboard

Innovation Springboard session is the first step in the process of developing innovation strategy. Not only does it give access to best practices and help understand innovation model but also allows attendees to plan specific innovation initiatives.

Our approach:

Firstly, an on-line survey among company employees is conducted during which we ask them to assess the importance and effectiveness of each element of the innovation system (processes, climate, architecture, partnerships, strategy).

Secondly, we invite key company’s stakeholders to a strategy workshop. Participants working in groups of 4-5 define goals & metrics of the innovation program on the Innovation Springboard Discovery Map. Then, from a given set of best practices, they choose those they recommend for implementation and plan next steps.
