Your role
At Innovatika, we carry out strategic innovation projects. We research and analyse the performance of companies, products and services. We help build digital products and businesses: from market analysis, user research and idea creation, through the creation of business models and product requirements to UX/UI creation and market implementation. Depending on the client's needs, we carry out only point tasks or are comprehensively responsible for all aspects of new business creation.
The Account Manager (Project Manager) at Innovatika is responsible for the day-to-day contact with the client, managing status meetings, distributing tasks within the project team, organising information provided by the client and ensuring adherence to our internal standards. Your responsibility starts from the moment the need is identified with the client - once a brief has been collected, you will be responsible for preparing a bid response with a budget and then formalising the collaboration.
The Account Manager (Project Manager) is also responsible for leading commercial projects from start to finish, building relationships directly with clients and the Innovatika team. This is an opportunity to work directly with top managers from major Polish and global corporations in the finance, insurance, FMCG and ICT sectors. Depending on the type of project, your project team will consist of experts in strategy and research, CX, design and product building.

Your responsibilities
- interpreting client enquiries and identifying the clients' real needs and problems in order to develop a detailed project brief
- creating responses to client enquiries in the form of substantive offers with quotations on the basis of briefs received or created
- negotiating terms and conditions with clients, including contract negotiations with the support of the management team
- initiating, leading and closing projects, in accordance with Innovatika's internal standards as set out in the Innovatika Project Management Toolkit
- managing the internal workflow of the project team
- working closely with all company teams, in particular: Strategy & Product and Product Design
- managing ongoing projects and communicating project progress and results to the client
- conducting key client meetings, including status meetings and presentations of Innovatika's work
- accounting for project costs and ensuring billing and monthly projections, keeping an eye on project margins
- building and nurturing long-term client relationships
- expanding knowledge of clients' activities, industry and competitors
- researching and identifying up-sell & cross-sell opportunities with clients
Our requirements
- you have 2 to 5 years of experience in account management and/or project management in the areas of strategy / digital / innovation / software development
- you have experience of working in the development of digital products/services
- you have experience of working with clients from large organisations
- you have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- you have the ability to establish and build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels of the organisation
- you are comfortable communicating in a business environment in Polish (C1) and English (B2)
- you are familiar with Jira/ Asana/ Clickup or similar tools and like to use them for project management
- you are familiar with design thinking & service design tools: persona, service blueprint, business model canvas, etc.
