Your role
At Innovatika, we carry out projects in the field of building digital products and businesses: from market analysis, research with users, idea creation, through creating business models and product requirements, to UX/UI creation and market implementations. Depending on the client’s needs, we perform only point tasks or are comprehensively responsible for all aspects of new business creation. We are looking for an individual to take command of the Strategy & Product team. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients – we are leading projects in new technologies, e-commerce or wellbeing, with many more exciting directions ahead!
Your responsibilities
- Managing the Strategy & Product team, supporting team members in competence development through appropriate assignment to projects, mentoring, motivating self-development (in cooperation with People & Culture Expert)
- Development and management of the Expert & Partner Hub for Strategy & Product
- Shaping Strategy & Product offerings, responsibility for developing offers in response to customer inquiries
- Building long-term relationships with clients, selling new services on completed projects
- Actively collaborate with the marketing and sales team in promoting and selling the S&P offering
- Execution of selected projects in the role of PM and/or Expert
- Substantive supervising of projects implemented by Strategy & Product team
- Managing knowledge of tools and methods of working on projects within the organization, creating good practices and spreading them throughout the organization
- Co-creation of Innovatika’s business strategy and its implementation in the Strategy & Product area by translating the company’s goals into the goals of the team and individuals
- Co-creation, monitoring and implementation of the budget on the revenue and cost side
Our requirements
- You have experience in projects in the areas of digital/ innovation/ software development in a project management role
- You have experience working with corporations from the agency or software house side and enjoy the role of a consultant
- You are able and willing to manage a team, close to our ‘Always stay human’ philosophy
- You have had the opportunity to create and manage digital products (or businesses)
- You know from practice the tools and processes of design thinking and lean startup
- You are able to create business models (e.g. canvas business model) and BC (Profits & Losts)
- You communicate freely in a business environment in Polish and English
- You are independent and proactive – noticing what can work better and proposing solutions
- You enjoy learning and sharing your knowledge with others
