Your role
We are looking for a person who will be responsible for the implementation of service design consulting projects for our clients. On a daily basis, you will be able to face the creation and validation of ideas for new products and services together with consumers and end users. We mainly work with big players, so the solutions you will work on will be used by thousands of individual (B2C) or business (B2B) customers. We often explore completely new areas, so it’s a good idea for you to be comfortable with design thinking tools and market/product development processes.
You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients – we are leading projects in new technologies, e-commerce or wellbeing, and there are many more interesting directions ahead! At Innovatika, we pay a lot of attention to the continuous improvement of the company, so internal projects may also be on the horizon – but we can assure you that they are just as interesting as external projects!

Your responsibilities
- You will support project managers with responsibility for single work streams or products/functions
- Together you will build go-to-market strategies, user value propositions and shape new business models,
- You will do a lot of research and find many benchmarks
- You will co-lead creative workshops with the client or users
- You will coordinate the work of those involved in a particular stage of the project and collaborate with external experts and suppliers
- You will monitor technological, sociological and cultural trends
Our requirements
- Approximately 2 years of experience working in product/digital product building or design and implementation of innovations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to develop creative and effective solutions
- Proactivity and ability to deliver refined work products under challenging deadlines
- Very good communication skills, enabling open discussions with the project team and client
- Reliability in operations and good organization of own work
- Very good oral and written communication skills in Polish and English (B2+)
- Experience in building digital products from scratch is welcome

- Salary: PLN 6,000 – 8,500 net for a B2B contract or PLN 5,000 – 7,000 gross for a UoP, depending on experience
