We are looking for an individual to build delightful products and services together with us as Product & Innovation Analyst.
Your responsibilities
- You will support domain experts, with responsibility for single work streams or products/functions
- We will work together to build go-to-market strategies, user value propositions and shape new business models
- You will do a lot of research and find many benchmarks
- You will co-lead creative workshops with clients or users
- You will coordinate the work of those involved in a given phase of a project and liaise with external experts and suppliers
- You will monitor technological, sociological and cultural trends
Our requirements
- Approximately 2 years of experience working in product/digital product development or innovation design and implementation
- Strong analytical, learning and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to develop effective solutions
- Proactivity and ability to deliver refined work products within sometimes demanding deadlines
- Very good communication skills, enabling open discussions with the project team and client
- Reliability in action and good organisation of own work
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English (B2+)
- Experience in building digital products from scratch and interest in the world of finance is welcome

- Salary: 5500 - 6500 PLN net for a B2B contract, depending on experience
