Your responsibilities
- Managing the Client Relations team, supporting team members in developing their skills by assigning them to appropriate projects, mentoring, motivating them to pursue self-development (in cooperation with the People & Culture Manager).
- Developing and implementing the Client Relations Toolkit into everyday activities—a set of practices and tools used to run projects and build customer relationships.
- Handling incoming inquiries—collecting briefs, preparing offers with the Innovatika team, negotiating and finalizing contracts.
- Supervising the quality of project management and the achievement of project goals.
- Supporting and strengthening upselling within ongoing projects.
- Leading selected projects as Project Manager.
- Co-creating Innovatika's business strategy and implementing it in the area of Client Relations by translating the company's goals into the goals of the team and individual employees.
Our requirements
- You have experience in managing Client Service or New Business in an advertising agency, software house, digital agency, or similar.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in leading a team with formal responsibility for people (recruitment, development, evaluations, goals, and daily cooperation, not just within projects). You focus on participatory leadership and employee development.
- You know that sales start with building relationships and understanding the real needs of the customer.
- You are familiar with tools for systematic relationship building and know how to implement them in the daily work of project teams (preferably Account Based Marketing or similar).
- You have highly developed communication skills - not only do you formulate your thoughts clearly, but you are also able to actively listen and read the needs of the other person.
- You are independent and proactive - you notice what could work better and propose solutions.
- You enjoy learning and sharing knowledge with others, and you (co-)create an atmosphere of shared learning based on mistakes made.
- You communicate fluently in Polish and English in a business environment.
